What airlines in Canada use air miles?

Most airlines flying into or out of Canada have a Frequent Flier program that allows for accumulating and using air miles.

Air Canada certainly does and they are part of the Star Alliance program and any airline in this alliance can acquire and use frequent flier miles on Air Canada. See the related link for more details.
