Why did brinks security change to broadview security?

Brink's Home Security was a "spin-off" company of Brink's Security. They were required to change there name by October 2011, The reason they changed it so early is because they were having to pay royalty fees to Brinks for using their name. They changed it to Broadview Security instead of Broadview Home Security because they are hitting the market hard with commercial security services. So, that's the scoop on Brinks.

My dad works for Landor Associates (The agency used by Brinks). This was a big deal, he wasn't even allowed to talk about it at home. It was like some top secret spy mission lol.
