How do you learn uvaguv?

Baisically its just prractice pratice pratice! I did tht unlike others I found trouble learnin but i now no it really well. Baiscally ur putting the sound guv next to the beginning of the Word for e.g if the Word was help u would only use the frrst letter so H so u would pronounce help as (hev-er-gelp) thts all I'm sayin ithught of bein nice n sayin mor e.g but u no wat its a secret lang. i hope this helps ppl a little
