If you imported photos into Picasa why aren't the photos visible when you open Picasa on a different computer?

You have only uploaded your pictures to yourPicasa which stays on your IP address which can not be seen by any other person except you unless you uploaded them yourself onto another computer.

I"m using the SAME COMPUTER!
