Can drug tests tell the difference between Adderall and meth?

I take several medicines. One is dextroamphetamine sulfate. I go to a pain clinic and randomly test. The dextroamphetamine comes up exactly like this amphetamine or methamphetamine. It's a $569.00 drug test, so it's not your dime store test.
