Is Home Fitness Mart a legitimate company?

Home Fitness Mart is NOT a legitimate company.

They're still scamming people but now they're website is Homegymclearance.com and the name on it is Health Fitness Depot. Below is their supposed contact info. They are advertising a lot on Craigslist and I keep reporting them but they keep going. Makes me sick.

Home Fitness Mart is NOT a legitimate company. They advertise "too good to be true" sales on exercise equipment, etc and send you to their website to order from them. From there, they will only take a Green Dot Card which is a cash card like you would purchase from Wal-Mart. These cards are not traceable nor are they protected so guess what? They take the money and run. The site also suggest that if you want to pay with your credit card, you must fax them a copy of it, both front and back and a copy of your driver's license. Unfortunately, people are so desperate to get the good deal offer, which is totally bogus, that they do this and end up getting ripped off that way as well. They usually advertise in markets like Craigslist etc.

The website they send you to is homefitnessmart.com which is supposedly down for repairs now but I don't believe that either. They probably found out they were under investigation and took it down. Also, I am getting more and more unsolicited phone calls now that I've called that number as well.

I hope this info helps to prevent these slimy blood suckers from claiming another victim. Fortunately, I was smart enough not to fall for it.
