Why did i dream of people i don't know?

Hey.. I have been dreaming about someone I don't know ethier.. And I am having to actually help them everyday with some issues.. And to answer your question:

1. Ethier its someone calling for you that you already know needing your help or if its with love they really like you and want to reach for you,

2.A future love or someone you may meet in the future.
