How do you remove the front seat on a BMW 735i?

i was able to remove seats but i cant put the back in yet. to remove simply unscrew the two bolts in the back and remove seatbelt (wich also has a bolt) the get in the back seat. lean the seat forward and with your feet on the bottom corners start pushing. you might have to kick with your heels a bit but do it carefully so you dont damage the seats. thats how i took them out.

i hope someone knows how to put them back in.
