There are two sets of answers to this question. 1) Do men themselves have different types of orgasms? 2) Do men have different orgasms from women? To respond to the first, I think it is possible for me to have different types of orgasm. I have come close to some very different sensations from prostate massage than I do from reguarl sex or masturbation. Also, I have very sensitive nipples so if they are being touched when I come, then I feel differently than the usual penis only orgasm. To answer the second, obviously men and women have different anatomies, however, the basics of an orgasm are the same. I think that the difference, from what I have seen and read, is that a woman's orgasm is more of a whole body experience where the sensation travels further and lasts a bit longer than a man's. My wife talks about feeling little "jolts" continuing down through her legs and into her stomach, I have never felt the sensations travel that far before. Also, women can be stimulated in more ways at the same time, so the more nerves you get involved, the stronger the sensation and the more your body will respond to it. Just my two cents.
