How do you disable alarm on armitron m0935?

To disable the alarm on an Armitron M0935 watch, press and hold the "Mode" button until you enter the alarm setting mode. Then, use the "Set" button to toggle the alarm on or off. Once the alarm is disabled, press the "Mode" button again to exit the setting mode. Make sure the alarm indicator is no longer displayed on the screen.
