Who would win Venom vs Colossus?

Piotr Rasputin is virtually unbeatable in his organic metal form as he has superhuman strength, virtually unpierceable skin, no need to breathe and phenomenal stamina.

Venom is an alien symbiote with incredible powers to take over people as well as super strength, agility and stamina.

Venom can be weakened by electricity or sonic weapons whereas Colossus in organic metal form is only weakened by Vibranium.

Assuming that Colossus can power up before Venom attacks then Colossus will win. Venom has nothing that can damage him and a hard clap of the hands will produce a sonic wave capable of hurting Venom.

If Venom can strike before Colossus powers up then he will easily consume him in one way or another.
