How do you play mintonette?

Mintonette, the original name for volleyball, is played by two teams, typically consisting of six players each, who aim to score points by hitting a ball over a net and into the opposing team's court. The game begins with a serve, and teams take turns attempting to return the ball, using up to three touches to send it back over the net. Points are scored when the opposing team fails to return the ball or commits a fault.
