How does a challenge work in Uno?

In Uno, a challenge occurs when a player suspects that the previous player did not follow the rules. The player can challenge by saying "Uno" before the next player plays a card. If the challenged player is caught breaking the rules, they must draw four cards. If the challenger is wrong, they must draw six cards.
