Who is the chairman of national develpment council of India?

The Chairman of the National Development Council (NDC) of India is the Prime Minister. The NDC was established in 1952 to promote the involvement of states in the national development process and to foster cooperative federalism. The council includes the Chief Ministers of all states and Union territories, along with members from various sectors.
