Can I receive collect calls from inmates in jail with a textfree number?

You can't, cell phone company's won't allow it. Maybe you need to be looking for another man, you don't need a jail-bird hanging on and dragging you down. Hell, I am available. ---- I have my telephone through Comcast, I have an account with the prison contracted phone thieves, Global-Tel Link. I just have my calls forwarded from my home phone to my cell, and I've never had a problem.
