Where do bearded dragons like to be petted?

They don't ! Think about it - in their natural habitat they would rarely encounter a human being - and would consider such a meeting as a possible predator. Reptiles in captivity 'tolerate' being handled only because they become 'conditioned' to accepting our presence in their daily lives.

They are tolerant of it, they don't 'like' it.
