HOW TO :

Grab The Brush And Comb Your Hair Up Wards Only The To Layer Then With a Comb try to flatten the frizzles try to poof it up with your hands so you get that emo look at the bottem straighten it and add the colerd clips comb the top and bottem gently and add acc. Bows Are BUTEYS! and Enjoy
