Who wants a one world government?

There is no building "a one world government". Think about the fallacy of this. To make or build something requires a agreement or consensus from all parties involved. No one in any government at this time agrees with another government. If that were true there would be no war in the world. That is not the case. At this point in history the "balance of power" theory still pretty much holds and threats are active toward people and governments.
