No, Absolutely not. It doesn't matter if it's on you or someone else. It is illegal to tattoo period. Without being certified in bloodborne pathogens OR having a general tattoo certification. Would you let your crazy uncle do brain surgery? I wouldn't think so. Keep it within the pros. Later in life, You'll decide that you want to have the pile of crap that you put in your skin fixed, Which in some cases, Costs more than initial application. Kids: Be smart with your bodies, You don't know what you are doing until you are properly trained, I've tattooed for 8 years, And I STILL learn something every day. Tattooing is not a job, A hobby...It is an art. A dedication. Just because you can draw doesn't mean you can tattoo. Everything comes into play. Needle depth, Machine angle, Voltage, Color blending, Being sterile, After-care, Skin tension, Skin trauma. So many things that you can't control without learning properly. Be safe. Go to the pro's.
