What does it mean when someone wears a jacket everyday?

It means they like to wear jackets, they are to lazy to take them off, they have hair on their arms, or (worst of all) they got beat. This only applies to people who wear jackets in the heat, if its cold your perfectly fine.

Or, it could mean the person just likes the jacket.
