What is the best Pokemon on pearl version?

Well it really does depend what level and type it is. I think a good idea is to train your starter Pokemon (PIPLUP,TURTWIG OR CHIMCHAR) until he or she is atlest over lv 70 then go ahead and train any Pokemon you want (Palkia,Eggron,Tyrannatar or Salamance are all good options!!)
