1. Cyberbullying hurts others and can drive people to commit suicide.

2. Cyberbullying makes it harder on other people because of new laws that further restrict technology, all because bullies decided to mess things up for everyone. If you don't want to lose internet and phone service for yourself and others, don't cyberbully. Even Answers is an example. A lot of students use Answers on shared computers, and if you cyberbully and get the IP blocked from participating on Answers, others at your school or library won't be able to participate.

3. People who cyberbully can face consequences ranging from retaliation to arrests. If the cyberbullying started in the real world, the victim might get fed up and have enough. Even innocent bystanders can be impacted when a student who has to put up with bullying and cyberbulling resorts to extreme violence (guns and explosives).

4. Cyberbullying adversely impacts society as a whole. Grades drop, depression and suicides spike, and various mental conditions and stress disorders spike too.
