Is People's Trust Insurance Company a reliable company What is their rating among insurance agencies?

People's Trust Insurance Company is a Florida domiciled insurance company writing exclusively homeowners insurance in the state of Florida. As such, they have a fairly homogeneous mix of risk and are particularly susceptible to underwriting performance swings based on geographical area events that impact Florida or a subset of Florida disproportionately. There are several rating organizations which rate financial stability and claims paying ability for insurance companies. The rating agency most frequently cited is AM Best. AM Best does not currently rate People's Trust Insurance Company. This does not mean that People's Trust is not financially sound.
