Does Africa have the most poverty in the world?

Yes.Africa is one continent that has a high rate/level of people or citizens living in poverty.This is mainly due to the fact that countries that are situated in Africa are considered to be developing countries therefore the citizens of these countries do not have adequate access to basic service such as Education,Healthcare etc.The high level of illiteracy also plays a vital part in the occurence of poverty as people don't have sufficient knowledge and skills that would assist the poor to cater for their most basic needs
