Do Bella and edward have a daughter?

YES! her name is reneesme carlie Cullen, bells gives birth in breaking dawn, but unfortunately during birth the baby breaks Bella's spine and pelvic bone and she dies:(..........just kidding! Edward is forced to change her into a vampire to save Bella's life. oh! and Jacob imprints on reneesme! grr
