In the workplace, I find it frustrating when there is a lack of communication or transparency, as it can lead to misunderstandings and decreased productivity. Additionally, when team members don't pull their weight or fail to meet deadlines, it can create unnecessary stress for others. Lastly, a negative attitude or resistance to change can hinder collaboration and innovation, which are crucial for a positive work environment.
