Does insurance pay for wood floors that were warped after a Tornado and Elec being off for 5 days with temp of 30?

If the electric being off for 5 days warped the floors, then yes. It would be very rare for a wood floor to warp from 30 degree weather unless it was installed WAY too tight to begin with.
