How to talk to the grim reaper in the sims 3?

The only way I know and probably the only way you can is to kill one of your sims. Wait till he takes your sim's soul and sometimes he will stay at your house and then you should be able to talk to him. To have more of a chance of him staying the grim reaper should have the neat trait so leave some food out and basically make your house a little bit messy and he will be even more likely to stay. When he tries to clean your house have one of your sims talk to him. Hope this helps.
