How can people tell that your addicted to drugs?

It depends on if you are loud about it or not, and how experienced you are.

People may notice a change but not necessarily attribute it to drugs, but people who know what are the effects of drugs and what to look for (red eyes, dilated pupils, laughing, smell...) most probably will know.
