Well... it depends. There are a lot of objects purporting to be mini-torches... everything from pen-sized mini-torches to hand held jobs, to oxyacetylene torches that will tell you exactly what temperature ranges to expect. I'm going to assume that you are asking about mini propane torches, because those numbers are harder to find.
After looking at several different propane models, the answers the manufacturers gave ranged somewhere between 2,300 degrees and 2,500 degrees as a maximum temperature. This seems to be the norm for a quality pen or handheld mini
torch.
However, to be SURE that you have the right range, for something like soldering or shrink tubes, you want to contact the manufacturer to make sure you can get it as hot as you need it.
