How do you request an internal transfer opportunity in your company?

Let your current boss know that you have enjoyed working for him and have enjoyed your current job but that you see another opportunity in your company that you would like to apply for. If he or she knows that it is not personal, he/she may put a good Word in for you to help you get the transfer.because of food problem.
