How do you get paid to travel volunteer?

Get a job where travelling is part of your work and you sleep in accommodation between shifts during the journey or voyage or flight. This could be as an Officer or other crew member on board a merchant ship or an airliner pilot or cabin crew on a long haul flight, or a driver of a large long distant truck (lorry) that brings exports from one country into another as its imports. Other possibilities are a Diplomat working at an Embassy abroad with leaves in your home country, or a foreign correspondent of a newspaper or an international courier.
