In 1998 census it 7% , 700.000 sindhis karachi.

Census of Karachi arent always true... so in 1998 the real % must have been 8-10%, 800.000- 1.000.000.

As of 2012 Estimates sindhis make 10-13% of karachi 2.200.000-3.000.000.

Their Numbers and % have increased due to Heavy Immigration in the years of 2000s , And continous 3 floods in 3 years !

A bulk Sindhis of karachi mostly live in Clifton,Defence,Kiamari,Gadap,Malir,Lyari,Bin qasim, and Gulshan. with small numbers also in sarjani,shah faisal town, korangi and baldia.

Whist sindhis in other areas of karachi make up 2-4% .
