How do you make a 49cc pocket bike quietier?

Ive tried this before and had some success, however by decreasing the decibels you inherently lose power. lol but its cheap and semi easy to do. Little welding needed.

Fab on another 5hp Honda lawn mover cylindrical muffler. They have a 1" threaded end with a 5" x 1.5" canister muffler. Get them at princess auto for like 4 bucks, any sorta lawn and garder automotive place should have these there very generic.

If your handy enough to weld it on or get the thread size and find a pipe with the female threads, you could weld that onto your existing pipe so you can just un thread your second muffler to get back to loud and more hp, instead of quiet and slowwww. But it will make your bike more quiet, probably like 8-10db.
