Can you wash your running shoes without them banging around?

well 1st of all why r u banging them on the ground the best way to do it is getting a warm towel and scrubbing the shoes and well if the shoes are white use bleach but quickly remove so not to scratch up your shoes unless they are made of some sort6 of cotton then u can let it soak in the bleach .
