Is meatwad a boy or girl?

Meatwad is a male character. According to the lyrics:

"Meatwad you up next with your knock knock,

Meatwad make the money, see...

Meatwad get the honeys, G..."

There is also the episode where Frylock explains to Meatwad that it is impossible for Meatwad to have become pregnant, since Meatwad is a boy. It is discovered that he is, indeed, not pregnant, but is instead filled with spider eggs -- which then explode.
