How long a senior citizen green card holder has to wait to apply for US citizenship?

3 years from the date of the green card

A person who is 18 years and older and who has been a green card holder for the past 5 years and has stayed in US with continuous residence of minimum 5 years can apply for US citizenship by filing Form N-400.
