What happens when you as teacher disregard educational goals(as stated in the Philippines constitution) and vision-mission statements of your institution?

Disregarding educational goals and the vision-Mission Statements of your institution can lead to disconnection between what is being taught and what is intended to be achieved. It may result in students not receiving a well-rounded education that prepares them for the future, and the institution may struggle to uphold its reputation and credibility. Ultimately, it can undermine the purpose and effectiveness of the education system as a whole.
