What is a good excuse for getting out of a meeting?

Excuses to leave a party

• You have a curfew.
• You're meeting your boy/girlfriend at the movies.
• You have to finish your homework.
• You are really tired.
• You have to return the car to your parents/friends.
• Your friend just broke up with his/her girl/boyfriend and you have to go and spend some time with him/her to cheer him/her up.
