Why intelligence affects emotions?

The more you know and understand the world, the less you will fear it. The more we understand the laws of science and understand how our minds workand how certain people will react or behave to a especific sitiation. The more we seem to loosed our emotions. But what in reality is happening is that we are learning to control our enviroment to our advantage. Intellegence may seem to affect our emotions to the second or third parties, but whats going on inside our heads is this: when something happens in our lives, the smart intelligent people will logically anylized the situation. Once the situation is methodically analized the person will come to the right conclusion on how to behaved without loosing control." In that example the second or third partie may look at the person with discontant because in their eyes the intelligent person looks unemotional and somewhat like a robot. So now I go back to my first statement: "The more you know the less you will fear the world."
