How do you make a homemade alex russo costume?

First, find a pair of jeans, or some black pants. Then find a shirt Alex would wear. Wear these with a pair of boots. The last thing u need is a magic wand. Buy a magicians wand, or a stick about the same size in thickness and length. Find some tissue paper (construction paper as a substitute, or a white paper and u can color it) and wrap it around the wand. Put your wand in one of your boots. TA-DA!!

For a shirt, you can go to a costume store and find a fancy dress right above the knees. I used a black magic costume.
