When did luxottica buy sunglass hut?

Luxottica purchased Sunglass Hut and their stores under different names (Watch Station, Watch World, etc) in February 2000 for $653 million. The stores were left to operate on their own until spring 2001, when Luxottica began exercising more influence. In June 2001, field and home office restructuring began. Home office functions were moved from Coral Gables FL to Cincinnati OH at the end of 2001.
