When did roger Williams arrive in the new world?

Roger Williams arrived in the New World in 1631. He settled in the Massachusetts Bay Colony, where he became a minister and a proponent of religious freedom. Due to his controversial views, he was eventually banished from the colony in 1636, leading him to establish Providence Plantations, which later became part of Rhode Island.
