How do you put your gun down in halo reach?

you can not, if you got the idea that you can from the A.I. it is only that their programed to do it not the player.

-Yeah, you actually can. People got the idea that you could because in the Halo games bungie has placed a system that when you push a series of buttons your spartan model actually holds his gun down. They did this for machinma purposes.

The reach combo is this (Hold down this buttons at the same time for 2 seconds)

(You may only do this offline and in system link or split screen)

Hold down

-reload

-switch grenades

-Click down right stick

-Hold down on the D-pad
