What is the film with a 1940 willys coupe hot rod drag racing - is it a film called hotrod?

It is called Hot Rod. Made in 1979. Grant Goodeve is in it. And, the only place I know to get it is every year at Hot August Nights, a guy comes and sets up a booth and sells all of those old hot rod movies. Two Lane Blacktop, Return to Macon County, The California Kid, Vanishing point, ect.
