Why do people cry out of their right eye?

People cry out of their right eye for the same reason they cry out of their left eye - tears are produced by tear glands located in both eyes to help keep the eyes moist and clean. The tears then drain through small ducts in the inner corners of the eyes, which can sometimes cause tears to come out of one eye more than the other.
