What frames will interchange for a 1940 Pontiac 2 dr Coupe with a 117 wheel base?

I think the 1939 Chevy is real close I have one in great shape but it wouldn't fit my 40

Pontiac mine has a 121 in wheel base mine has a back seat but is still a coupe
