Can we say innovative talent

On it's own "innovative talent" tells me nothing about you as an employee. In fact, it just makes me more confused because what is it supposed to mean? What are you trying to get across with these two Words? Fluff Words like this should be avoided because they don't really mean anything to the employer.

Better alternatives could be "creative problem solving" or "out-of-the-box solution development" etc.
