Yes... Old gas depending on how old will get airated and turn into a gel type substance, and can cause your car to stall out and die, or not even turn over. So make sure at the end of every usage, depending on what kind of machinery it is, to use all of your gas or drain your gas tank. i.e. a boat in the winter time drain the gas out and dont let it sit all winter!
