Can you refill the R-134a refrigerant in a 1998 Jeep yourself or does a professional have do it?

You can do it yourself, refills can be bought with the hose attached and some have a gauge on them to show proper amount. The hose will only attach to the proper fitting. High pressure side is bigger so there is no risk of the can blowing up.
